David Dobson, Chartered Accountant, operates a public practice in Timmins, Ontario. Mr. Dobson was the President of Golden Dawn Minerals Inc. from October 2006 to June 2008. David became a partner in Dobson and Reid Chartered Accountants in 1998, and a sole practitioner in 2001. David has clients in a wide variety of businesses and in the not-for-profit sector in North Eastern Ontario. Mr. Dobson is a past Treasurer of Timmins-James Bay Federal Liberal Association.

Ms. Black has been involved in the development and management of private and public companies over the last 12 years within the investment, technology and mining and exploration industries in both Canada and the United States. Louise’s positions have included VP of Business Development, Corporate Secretary, Project and Operations Manager and Director of Administration.Louise has held the position of Corporate Secretary with several public and private companies, working closely with lawyers, auditors and senior management.

Louise has taken supporting education in project management, business management and computer studies from various colleges and institutions.

Mr. Longpre is a founder and currently the Investor and Corporate Relations Director of Disenco Energy Plc., a public company trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. Brian has over 20 years experience of advising business ventures. He has been involved in raising capital for more than 50 public ventures in North America, Asia and Europe. Brian is also a former principal of an investment banking concern in Switzerland.

Brian received a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an LL.B from the University of British Columbia.
